I drew this with Artrage demo version on my 64 bit laptop. It's easy to use. Only apply a brush with two different colors in a different range, then wipe it with pallete knife to make the colors blend each other. I added a new layer above and start drawing the flower then I fill it with white. I applied pallete knife again to blend it, to make it more beautiful. Try it!
